Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

My fiance and I had her children removed and gave them tempoary custoday because they said I ahd a criminal record..They presented the judge with I justgot out in March which was not true. It was a year ago, 2 restraining orders violated that were non threating or violence.I made a phone calls and I had showed up at temple where my ex works. these were back in 02/03. The embeshied so much and now the kids are gone and I was told we were better off if I moved out. what can do and what legal part can I show that I am no danger to the children.
