Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

i am in the middle of a nasty divorce,my soon to be ex took all the monies out of our joint bank account.this was a clear violation of our "Temporary Orders" she did not maintain my good credit status even though she recieved most (80%) of my pay for the transitional period of the divorce.She stopped paying bills in my name ,my credit is ruined.She has made things so hard for me I've aging parents living abroad and now due to having no credit if something happened i don't know how i could get there i did have a credit card for emergiences owed nothing on it the credit card company called and dropped me as a client even though I owed them nothing.She is trying to destroy me what can i do did she break the law?

You need to file a contempt motion and bring the matter before the judge. Likewise there is no reason she should be getting 80% of your pay.

Contact your current attorney or hire one immediately.
