Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

Pension after final divorce

I filed an uncontested divorce with a kit I got off the internet. Husband agreed to it all and I left the state. I returned the night before my uncontested divorce. My Ex had rewritten everything and told me he has no pension. I recieved 1/2 the house and 401 K and he continues to tell me he has no pension. I recently learned he indeed has one. Is it to late for me to go back to court and get 1/2. We were married 29 years and I was always a stay at home mom.

If this was a Massachusetts divorce, you should file a motion under Rule 60(b) based on your husband's material fraud. This may be an uphill battle, and you need a lawyer's help. I concentrate in family law, and have a website: www.gregleelaw.com.
