Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

We have a temporary custody order for two children

We have a temporary full custody order over 2 children. Our 5 y.o. told her babysitter that she hates going to her moms because there are lots of guys and her mom is always walking around with little underwear that she can see everything and her mom says ''look at what i got'' and flashes her and different men when she is naked. Plus last week the mom took the kids to see her father that raped and molested her when she was young. We would like to know if there is anything we can do, file a report so she will not be able to see them without supervision or something to prove our concerns over her parenting. Please help. Thank you.

Re: We have a temporary custody order for two children

You should report the mother's behavior to DSS, and to the court that granted you the temporary custody. If the visits are within your control, you should consider not allowing visits unless the mother wises up.

If you do nothing, you may be liable at some future date.
