Patent Attorney Client Question

If I am a patent attorney, and I represent a client for his patent, where there is a coinventor, but only my client has signed the retainer, is the coinventor also my client? What if I have shared information with the coinventor?

Re: Patent Attorney Client Question

This kind of question is best addressed to one of the ethics query-fielding outfits; if you contact the Mass Bar Association, they can point you in the right direction.
