Legal Question in Employment Law in Massachusetts

Regarding Masachusetts employment law and discrimination...I filed a discrimination complaint with the MCAD regarding termination and after their initial investigation they dismissed my complaint with the finding that I had not given sufficient evidence to demonstrate meeting the normal standards of the job at the time of the termination as the eployer claimed that my termination was due to poor performance. On appeal I gave the employers report to the unemployment benefits agency that they filed that I was terminated due to "lack of permanent work" and no claims were made that I was not meeting the standards of the job. I have been on unemployment payments now for more than 1 year. I have been granted an appeal hearing with the MCAD. How strong or definitive is my evidence?

Did the MCAD issue a memorandum explaining why it issued a lack of probable cause finding? IF so, i would be happy to review it to provide you my assessment of you claim. My phone number is 617-426-7400
