Non Competition Agreement

Daugher contract hairdresser, Employer wants NonCompetition Agree signed by all who work in the salon (its a hairdressing salon) stating will not work with thirty miles of this job if she leave employment for 2 years afterwards, if doesnt sign may loose job, is this

legal, first job after technical high school if doesnt work out she cant work any where from Methuen to Boston for

two years? Doesnt sound right. Please adviese via email: [email protected]
