Legal Question in Employment Law in Massachusetts

I work for a large organization. After 12 years of being a union member, I've recently left the union after representation. Now they are displaying my name prominently on the union board, and I am being harassed, threatened, intimidated. Is this legal. I asked the supervisor to take it down, and was told the union has the right to post my name. Is this legal? What can I do?

if the intent of posting your name on the board is to shame or incite others to harass you, then it is not protected. Moreover, there has to be a purpose for the posting of your name on the board. I suggest you file a complaint with the HR department stating that the union posting of your name has resulted in harassment and threats from other workers. If nothing happens, then contact an attorney who specializes in labor law.

Your immediate supervisor is not an HR specialist or a specialist in labor law.
