Re: miss diagnosis that depends. which state did the alleged malpractice happen in? u can prob choose the state more convenient to you, but can't know for sure w/o more specifics.
also, choosing one forum over others also available is often a key strategic decision, based on factors too numerous to list. much more detail is needed to make an intelligent recommendation. forum selection is often a critical tactical decision that can make or break a case.
