Can MA put a levy on a landlord tenant security deposit account if the tenant has a levy? The account is using the tenants social security number but is only the beneficiary on the account.

Yes, since the account is under his social security number. Notify the Tenant of the levy ASAP for your protection as the Landlord.

Landlords are supposed to pay the interest over to the Tenant every year. So you need to inform the tenant there is a levy against the account for your own protection.
