Can I be sued in Ontario for a traffic accident that happened in Massachusettes in 2004?

Not unless it is a suit for something other than the tort of negligence in Massachusetts in 2004, upon which the three year Statute of Limitation would normally have expired in 2007, unless it was tolled or extended for some reason.
