Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Massachusetts

My father passed away in May of 2007, my sister was appointed executor of his estate. The will stated the money was to be divided between me, my sister & brother. I received some money where my portion was sent directly to me (ie, life insurance, etc), he still had a 401k with over 120k in it. I trusted my sister and repeatedly asked what the status was and when I was going to get my share, for 2 years, and got no where with her. I finally found out through a mutual friend that she had blown all the money in the stock market in January of 2009. The estate is still open.

Is it too late? What are my rights? I don't have enough money for an attorney.

Petition the court for an accounting and ask that she be relieved as Executrix as you understand she blew all the money in your father's 401K.
