Legal Question in Workers Comp in Massachusetts

I slipped on a wet mopped floor a month ago at work,. I was taken to the ER and diagnosed with a broken wrist and put in a cast. A few weeks later I was told I need surgery for a metal plate and screws to fix the bone into place. I've been off work for over a month now including my xmas holidays and my pay has been affected. This accident has done a lot of damage to my wrist that will take months of rehabilitation to recover from and my wrist will probably never be the same again. I'd like to know if I have a case.
