Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Michigan

I purchased a laptop on ebay. It was significantly not as described when i recieved it. i filead a claim and won becasue the seller never responded. paypal told me i could keep the laptop, since he forfeited it by not responding. this was back in january. I got a e-mail yesterday from the seller stating he was in my state and coming to get his laptop back. I told him NOt to set foot on my property, and his response was ''se you soon asshole!'', what can i do, do i have to return the laptop that I invested money into making it work?
