Can you be charged with aiding and abating if something happen at a location where you came with a person and an assault happened after you left but you had no idea it was going to happen can you be charged with aiding and abating?

If you did something to aid or encourage another person to commit a crime, yes. Even if you were not present. For example, if there is proof beyond a reasonable doubt that you told Joe, "Hey, Joe, it would be so cool if you threw a rock through that store window!" ... and then you walk away ... and then Joe does what you said. Theoretically, you could be charged with the malicious destruction of property because you "encouraged" him to commit that crime and he did that crime.
