Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Michigan

discrimination due to socio economic status?

i was court order in family court to see a psychologist (with ex and children) for a custody evaluation. i did attend but the ex husband paid for the evaluation. when the evaluation was completed the psychologist submitted a report and faxed a transcript of the meetings with the children to my ex husband . my ex husband was not happy with the report and confronted the children with a hard copy of the transcript. the ex then refused to take the children for visitation because of what they said to the pshychologist. my attorney said i should contact this psychologist and let him know what happened. i tried to phone him i left messages, and i even tried to e-mail him, i got no responce. less than three weeks later i found out the psychologist was seeing my ex husband but refused to see me...i was not in the position to pay him unlike my ex husband. the psycholosit then submitted a second (contradictory, and unsolicited report) to the courts claiming i had inappropriate sexual boundaries with children that bordered on sexual abuse. all this without ever seeing me or my children again.

his initial report was glowing about my relationship with the children...the second was after he refused to see me again.
