Re: Dui

Violation of the terms of your probation will result in a warrant for your arrest. This warrant will not expire even after many years. Also Michigan may well revoke your driver's license based on the California revocation involving alcohol. You should contact the probation department and request a transfer to Michigan, or that you be allowed to complete the required programs in Michigan to satisfy the conditions of probation. Most of these warrants are served when you are stopped for a minor traffic violation or are a passenger in a car stopped for a minor traffic violation. It would be extremely embarassing to be pulled out of a car and arrested for this warrant.

Re: Dui

There will be an arrest warrant issued, effective nationwide; rethink your plan.
