Child Support arrearages

The father has been ordered on numerous occasions to pay support however he is not consistant and is now 60,000.00 in arrearages. He is healthy and able to work...he keeps beating the system and there is a court date set up in Feb. to appear before a circut court judge...I am asking for lump sum payments..and weekly payments. He has money to drive a Harley and travel...do I need an attorney? He wouldnt be in this postion had he paid right along from the beginning.
