Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

divorce

My wife left me after inheriting quite a bit of money. After 12 years of marriage and her taking care of our money, I find I have no money in the bank. She took both cars which were in both our names, emptied our bank account. Does she owe me any of the inheritance, and what about the fact that she spent every penny I made in 12 years? Do I have to continue her health insurance? There are no children of the marriage. She will not tell me where she has moved but she has an apartment and has bought new furniture. She will only talk to me thru text messaging. I have nothing left after 12 years of marriage. (except bills) What are my legal rights? Is there any way to recoop any of my loses?

It appears that you are heading for a divorce. I is silly for you to try to get accurate legal advice over the web from people that don't really know your complete story. It is apparent that you need an experienced and aggressive attorney to fight for you and protect your rights. Feel free to phone us at 1 8667665245 or for more information, go to:

It sounds like your wife did not comingle her inheritence with your joint assets so it may be somewhat difficult to get a piece. However, it also sounds like you need a lawyer. William S. Stern
