Michigan FOC child support obligation

We were told by the MI FOC that a new second family and/ or number of overnights my husband has his son would make no difference in his child support review even though the language of the divorce agreement states joint legal and JOINT PHYSICAL custody and his total overnights are in excess of 128 per annum. The downloadable formula seems to indicate these facotrs do matter. We have a court date with a FOC referee in April and would like to be prepared. Also his ex-wife is hiding income from the FOC, which can be proven through her own Weblogs and myspace accounts. Are these items admissable or are they considered hearsay?

Well you are correct 128 overnights would qualify him for Shared Economic Responsibility when calculating the child support. You could use some of the info from Weblogs and Myspace just depends on various issues.
