Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

Michigan FOC support review

My husband has a support review with FOC coming in April and his ex-wife is hiding income, I can prove this with her own Weblogs and Myspace accounts...information she has put in there regarding business interests and employment she is not representing. I have heard that sometimes it is admissable as proof and I was wondering if it may be emough to impute income to her that she is not providing. Also, we were told that the fact that we have a new daughter since the last review would not affect the outcome even though they have a joint custody (legal and physical) and he has his son more than 128 overnights per annum as stipulated in the custody portion of the divorce agreement. (The first review did not use the shared economic responsibility formula for some reason). If you could let me know some thoughts on this, thanks.

Re: Michigan FOC support review

At the FOC review I would bring anything and everything with you. I would also suggest having your attorney present. Also make sure you let the investigator know that he has 128 overnights and the change in circumstances of having a new daughter.
