Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Michigan

phone bill

My current boyfriends mother is going to sue me for a phone bill of hers from when her son was in jail 2 in half years ago, and is saying that i have to pay it, but i was not the one who accepted the calls some but not even close to all. can she actaully sue me for the $1200 bill? there is also more i paid her for a car that she sold her brother for 1000 but told me 1500 so when a ladie hit me i had to pay her 1200 couse pl pd paid 300 which was a lie they paid 500 and she said i had to pay the difference so her brother could have his money back. she never paid him and i over paid her by 700 because she lied to me. what are my options on both situations?

Re: phone bill
