deeds with survivorship

I am on purchase agreement, and have been on deed/w full rights of survivorship, my dad took a loan without my me being on loan or knowing, he just passed away, am I liable for his loan now?

If your name was a on the loan then yes you would be liable. However if they only placed a lien on his interest he had no interest upon his death.
