Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Michigan
gender specific harassment
If employee A and B do the exact same thing and employee A is punished but employee B isn't, can that be considered work place harassment? There is more than one incidence that this has happened. What if you boss is the same sex as employee A?

Re: gender specific harassment
You would have to have more than what you laid out. You would have to show that the sex was the reason for the decision. It is doubtful that unfair decisions would be considered a form of harrassment. William Stern
