The one that was recorded if it was recorded. This is a difficult question because a quit claim deed transfers all the interest from the grantor to the grantee. If you quit claim to a person you no longer have an interest in that property. So based on that the first one signed would be valid. Michigan has a recording statute to protect people from property owners who transfer property to multiple people.
