Commuting to and from work
If I am injured on my normal route to work am I covered under the workers compensation laws.

Normally, on your commute, you are not covered by workers comp. Once you get into the company parking lot or designated parking area, comp will generally apply. Your no-fault carier protects you on the ride to work.
