Hi, a friend of mine told me that she was searching for diet pills and came across someone who looks like me. When I went to the site it was a before and after pick of me. I had Bariatric surgery and they were advertising me for a diet pill with a testimonial and a fake name. Do I have any action I can take on this?

Yes this is known as Unlawful Commercial Appropriation and is a personal tort legal action.
