Legal Question in DUI Law in Minnesota

I am curious on how to fight to drop a minor consumption. I was charged with a minor consumption, but they ended up never giving me a breathalizer so there isn't any proof i was ever drinking. What is some legal advice i should consider when I want to try and get this dropped?

They don't need to have a breath test. These are all case fact dependent. I have seen hundreds of MIP convictions and the police didn't have a breath test.

To fight the charge you need to go to court and plead not guilty. I recommend either hiring a lawyer or applying for a public defender when you get to court.
