Legal Question in Family Law in Minnesota

As of right now my boyfriend has no parenting time order from the court and is working with his ex to see his child. She says when there child is comfortable with my boyfriend he can take him, but I (his girlfriend) can not be around because she doesn't like me. I know as long as there is no court order she calls the shots, but if he gets a court order can she legally make it so I can not be around when he has his child.

Additonal Information: She is now living in a home with HER boyfriend and his son. I have no criminal record or any history of violence/abuse.

If your boyfriend gets a court order for parenting time, you will not be a party to the action so the court would have no power to order you to not be present during the parenting time. On the other hand, the court would have the power to order your boyfriend to not let you be around. Would that happen? If you have a clean record, are not an alcoholic, not a drug addict, and not abusive, it is unlikely that would happen but you never know the final outcome until the Judge makes his/her order.
