i have custody of my son through ohio courts and he has been living with his grandpa in minnesota for about a year and now the grandpa refuses to give him back. whatcan i do

You would have to acquire an Order transferring the child to your care from Olhio. If you have such an Order granting custody, you must file it in Wisconsin and seek a reciprocal order that is enforceable by police to return the child.
