Legal Question in Family Law in Minnesota

I signed a consent to adopt form last August for my son. Meanwhile i'm still paying child support and no adoption attempts have even been made. His mothers lawyer keeps giving me a run around and it is past the legal time alloted to revoke consent. What can I do?

There is nothing you can do. Your child support would continue until the adoption is concluded. You cannot force them to proceed or to speed up the process.
