Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Minnesota

Intellectual Property

I have several ideas for T-shirts and games. I will need to consult others to design the products. How do I go about protecting my ideas from being stolen in the process of developing them? I have tried to contact local lawyers, but I do not get a response. Thanks for any assistance.

Please be informed that an idea can not be registered unless it takes some physical form. You can make certain logo or design and protect them under Trade Mark law, Copyright and desing Act.

For any assistance in this regard you can contact me at my e-mail address.
