I WAS ARRESTED FOR OWI RECENTLY, WHEN RELEASED THE DA TOLD ME THAT I WASNT TO DRIVE IN THE STATE OF MINNESOTA, AFTER SENTENCING A MONTH AND HALF LATER I RECIEVED A LETTER FROM THE DOT SAYING I STILL HAD MY LICENSE FOR THREE MORE WEEKS! i OWN A SMALL CONDTRUCTION COMPANY AND TURNED DOWN TWO HOMES BECAUSE I DIDNT HAVE MY LICENSE, I HAVE THE PAPER WORK TO PROVE i HAD THE JOBS AND THEN HAD TO TERMINATE MY CONTRACT BECAUSE I COULDNT DRIVE, BUT IN TURN I COULD HAVE AND NOW HAVE LOST MY LICENSE FOR A YEAR AND THREE MONTHS INSTEAD OF A YEAR BECAUSE I LISTENED TO THE DA THAT DAY, LOST OUT ON OVER 80,000 DOLLARS CAN I SUE THE COUNTY OR DA FOR LOSE OF WAGES.

No. And just because the DOT send you a later letter later doesn't necessarily mean you were not suspended prior. The DOT does thing very strange, and they double up on letters sometimes.
