Previous employer witholding pay

My previous employer will not mail me my last paycheck because I have not done a exit interview.I asked to do one over the phone because I can't make time to go there and do it and he said no I need your signature.Is this legal?Can I do anything to get my money?

You should make written demand via FAX and Email ASAP. If not paid within 48 hours you are entitled to a claim under MN Statute for 14 days pay as a PENALTY to your employer.

You may through attorney, authorise to collect your pay. It is advisable to contact the attorney/lawyer
