beneficiary of deffered compensation plan

my ex-husband changed the beneficary status of his deferred compensation plan from my 2 minor children to his sister a few months before he was killed. Is there any way to contest this?

Possibly fiduciary undue influence, fraud, or incompetence. Also, it may have violated the terms of your divorce agreement.
