My daughters was arrestes in march 2000 for stealing less tan $45.00 of jewlery. She is now 18 years of age and applying for a state employment job that is temperory. My Question is this is she required by law to report what happened on her applecation. The question is on it She answered it honestly and was told she didnt meet the minimum qualifications
