Taking Pictures in a Mall

I am a tenant in a mall where there is a rule NO CAMERAS IN THE MALL. UNLESS APPROVED. well the mall manager has given certain people permission to to take pictures with the easter bunny with their personal digital cameras without the photographer or the bunny; with my store in the background. Can I sue the mall for allowing my store to be in the background without my permisson?
