Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Mississippi

do i have a medical malpractice lawsuit if a doctor starts and keeps me on tb medications without any proof that i have the disease. The tests that i have had all say negative, but i have been forced to continue the medications for almost 3 weeks now without any proof!
