Legal Question in Personal Injury in Mississippi

Accident

From my understanding there is a 3 yr. limitation to file an accident claim. I am 3 mo. from my limitation expiration. My lawyer is suppose to have sent the insurance adjuster a package of what we're requesting and we have had no response. Please answer back.

I wouldn't wait around. Tell your lawyer to file the lawsuit now. If the case eventually settles, you can dismiss the suit, but if the case doesn't settle before the statute period runs, you'll be forever barred from again bringing your claim.
