Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Mississippi

my husband and i moved into a home owned by the deceased my brother inlaw lives with his dad my sister inlaw lived in another town the will left first dibs to my husband the bro & sis spent all the money in the deceased bank account going on trips and such. sis was the executor to the living estate i paid back taxes and kept the taxes current until 1 year ago my husband has a drinking prob. so i left so he could get help. two mos after i left his sis lost her house and my husband let her and her boyfriend and children stay with him for a while sis then made a fuss about me and my 3 kids coming home. now she has served him with an eviction notice and he didn't comply so there is a court date is there anything my husband or i can do?
