omit a child from your will
What are the procedures to omit a grown child from your will. I and my wife have a will, and things have transpired that we are thinking about removing our son from our will. Please help me.

Re: omit a child from your will

You have always been allowed to omit your children from your will in Mississippi. Just have your lawyer re-write your will and leave your child out.
