failure to appear in court

I have a friend who got put in jail for failure to appear. He actually has been going to court every month for over a year, this past court date, my friend went to court as he has for over a year, but he had the wrong time. He went 1hr 45 min later. He is now in jail. What can I do for him?

I would suggest that you call the jail or the court clerk and find out if there is a bond set. Then go bail your friend out of jail. Or, if you feel that you need some assistance, hire an attorney.
