Pay based upon sex

The female administrators in my school district are all paid less than the males who preceeded them. The females have equal experience and education or more. There is a salary schedule for every other classification of employee in the district EXCEPT for administrators. The female staff makes up 50% of the administrative team.

You may have a viable complaint. You will need to gather what data caused you to notice a systemic pay discrepancy, and contact an attorney in your area. If you are around the Kansas City area, I would be willing to meet with you or refer you to someone to evaluate your situation.
