Legal Question in DUI Law in Missouri

dui 2nd offense

i was picked up my a platte county

sherrif on 1-29 and was given my

second dui. there were no injuries

or anything like that just got pulled

over at the wrong place at the

wrong time. i am over the age of

21 and blew a .13. i was

wondering how hard its gonna be

to be able to keep my liscense or

possible get a hardship liscense

and to stay out of jail. i am willing

to jump through any kind of hoops

that they want me to.
