Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri
My boyfriend(at the time)and I found out that I was expecting, then he married someone else two weeks after we found out about our daughter, kept the marriage from me and when I found out our relationship ended. He stated that he only married her to fraud her out of her 3 adopted children (to gain some custody). He has told me multipule time that she knows about our daughter, but I keep finding out thats a lie. He is wanting to fight me for custody, but continues to hide her from his wife, the other kids and members of his family...our daugther is now almost 2 years old and this still continues. He sneaks over to see our daughter less than an hour a week, but does not pay support or provide for her. Could I get Sole Physical Custody since he is hidding her?

You close get sole custody, but not because he s doesn't seem to be talking about his daughter with his wife. You are more likely to get physical Custody, with the father getting visitation. You can get a child support order also. You need to consult directly with a family law attorney in your area.
