California Marriage Settlement Agreement Enforcement:

As part of our Marriage Settlement Agreement my ex-husband was ordered to pay all encumbrances on the properties he was retaining. He is refusing to pay off or refinance one of the properties in his name. What recourse do I have?

Your question suggests that this is a California judgment. Is the property in California? You may need to hire an attorney whrever the Judgment was entered to file a Motion For Contempt to take your ex back to Court.
