Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

I filed for divorce in Missouri and we had an uncontested divorce. My lawyer met him in my ex-husbands town to sign papers. He signed them in front of my lawyer, then later on he signed the divorce papers in front of me and my brother because he wouldn't go to the office. The judge signed them and they went through and 2 weeks later he reopened the case saying he didn't sign papers. Am I legally divorced or not?
