Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

me and my husband have been married for a year and a half in the time we have daughter that is 6mnths. I caught him cheating and decided to leave and said he wasnt helping at all. he makes 3500 dollars a month and I only make 1200. am i able to get child support and allimony or since we have only been married for a short time i cant get it.

based upon your relative incomes, if you have custody of yrou chidl, you will probably be entitle to child support. Due to the brevity of your marriage, you will proably not get spousal support, except for payment toward a mortgage. If you are serious about giving up on your marriage, you should consult directly with a family law attorney in yrou area. so that you can get a more accurate assessment of your liklihood of geting support.
