Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

My husband is currently paying child support in Mo for his 17yo son. The son has been charged as an adult in a felony drug case. He was released O.R., no parent needed. can my husband ask the corts to stop all child suport payment?

Certainly your husband can ask the court to end the support obligation. But, you have nto described any reason for the request to be granted. The 17 yr old has been charged with a felony, and he is most worried about having to support his kid? Something does not add up there.
