Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

My husband and his ex wife have joint custody of there 3 year old son. We recently found out that she has been lying to us about staying with her parents. Turns out she doesn't have a place to stay and she has been staying with whatever guy she is sleeping with at the time and having their son around a bunch of strange men. The most recent one has been busted for meth several times. Several of her close family and friends have told us that she is on drugs herself. What would be that fasted way to get him out of that dangerous situation and with us permanently?
